What to do in case of an issue

If you encounter a problem with the vehicle:

  • Contact the Agency: Use the emergency contact number provided by the agent at the time of pickup.
  • Follow Contract Procedures: The agency will guide you on the steps to follow, whether it involves a vehicle replacement, repair, or insurance documentation.
  • Mutual Resolution: The treatment, costs, and assistance logistics are determined and regulated according to your direct agreement with the professional host.
