Every journey has a different distance. On Rod, agencies define their own mileage policies so you can choose the one that best fits your road trip across Tunisia.
Limited or Unlimited?
Depending on the offer you select, the mileage policy will be clearly stated:
- Unlimited Mileage: Drive as much as you want within the Tunisian territory without worrying about the odometer.
- Daily Limits: Some agencies set a maximum number of kilometers per day. This is often the best choice for shorter city trips.
What happens if you exceed the limit?
If you drive more than the agreed-upon distance, agencies handle the difference in a few ways:
- Reasonable Tolerance: Many partners are flexible. If the extra distance is minimal, it may be completely free of charge.
- Fixed Fee: A flat rate may be applied if the daily cap is exceeded.
- Price per Kilometer: A specific price for every extra kilometer might be charged to cover the additional wear and tear.
Total Transparency
You will always find the exact terms—including the price per extra kilometer—in the car’s specific policy section. This allows you to plan your budget with no surprises when you return the keys.
